We run restaurants.
Provision House Holdings is the parent company of Central City Tavern in Alpharetta and Sugar Hill. Each restaurant keeps its own name, its own kitchen and its own guests. The house handles the rest.

We find the site, sign the lease and fund the build. Each restaurant opens ready to cook.

Systems
Accounting, purchasing, payroll and maintenance run from one office. Every kitchen uses them. None has to build them.

People
We hire and train the managers who run each room. Standards are shared. Menus are not.
